Delete your Caloryze account

You can delete your Caloryze account and every log, photo analysis and coach conversation tied to it. Deletion is permanent.

In the app (fastest)

Settings → Account Management → Delete Account Permanently → confirm

You'll be asked to sign in again (Apple or Google) to prove it's you.

Without the app

Email privacy@caloryze.ai from the address you signed up with (or the Apple “Hide My Email” relay address) with the subject “Delete my account”.

We verify ownership and delete the account within 30 days, and confirm by reply.

Photos and their analyses
Coach conversations
Health sync settings
Your sign-in

What is kept

Anything Caloryze wrote into Apple Health or Health Connect stays on your phone (yours to delete there).
Purchase records stay with Apple or Google per their policies.
Support emails you sent us are kept for our records as described in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in App Store → Subscriptions or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
