By accessing or using the Caloryze mobile application and website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Caloryze provides an AI-powered food recognition and calorie tracking application. The Service allows users to:
- Capture photos of food
- Receive nutritional estimates
- Log dietary intake
- Track progress towards goals
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
Provide Accurate Information
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Maintain Security
Maintain the security of the Apple or Google account you sign in with and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your Caloryze account.
Notify Us
Promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to your account.
4. User Content
Our Service allows you to upload food photos and other data (“User Content”). You retain all rights in your User Content.
By uploading User Content, you grant Caloryze a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

THE SERVICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.
The nutritional estimates provided by our AI are approximations and may not be accurate. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or dietary changes.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or received through the Service.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Caloryze offers both free and premium subscription tiers (“Caloryze Premium”).
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellations & Refunds: Manageable through device app store settings in accordance with Apple/Google refund policies.
Free trial. New subscribers may be offered a free trial of Caloryze Premium, currently 3 days. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid monthly subscription at the price shown when you started the trial, charged to your App Store or Google Play account, and renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; cancelling during the trial means you are not charged. Each account is eligible for one free trial.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that nutritional estimates will be 100% accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caloryze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
